| Our fully equipped apartment, approx. 46m2 in size, offers space for 2-3
people. Within the apartment there is a bathroom with bath/W.C., a kitchenette,
a living room and a separate bedroom. To the west there is a balcony with two
deck chairs and a sunshade. Furthermore there is a parking space directly in
front of the apartment building. |

| The apartment is situated in the midst of Bad Kleinkirchheim.
The spa St. Kathrein, the chairlift Maibrunnbahn, the chairlift Sonnwiesenbahn to
St. Oswald, shops, hotels, banks (with change machines and cash dispensers), the
tourist office and the recreation centre are within easy walking distance. There
is even a doctor's surgery in the immediate neighbourhood. |

The apartment is approx. 46m2 in size. It has a bathroom with bath/W.C. and a fully
equipped kitchenette comprising a microwave and grill. The living room is nicely
furnished and includes a dining area with a glass cabinet and an elegant sofa,
which can also be used as an additional bed. Furthermore there is a cabinet,
colour TV with satellite dish and HiFi. |
| The bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe and a double bed. To the west
there is a large balcony, 6m2 in size, with two deck chairs, a table and a
sunshade. We supply bed linen, towels and tea towels as well as cleaning utensils
free of charge.
During the winter season an additional room in the basement is available for
winter sports equipment. |  |

| As regards the period from March to June (with the exception of Easter)
and from September to November we want to highlight our "All-inclusive Vacation": during
this period our guests can use all lift facilities, spa centres and pools, indoor tennis
courts and the driving-range free of charge. Horse-riding, crazy golf, pit-pat, squash
and a curling alley (an "Asphaltstockbahn" for the Carinthian type of curling) are
further facilities which are free of charge and available for use during these weeks.

Bad Kleinkirchheim is a climatic and thermic resort in the Nockberg Mountain Region.
This extraordinary place offers several lakes within a 20km radius, numerous possibilities
for day trips, two spas including health and recreation centres, indoor tennis courts,
a golf-course, horse-riding facilities, hiking trails on the surrounding summits,
800km of bike and mountain bike paths for cyclists of all levels -a real family
paradise in both summer and winter.
In winter our guests can choose from among 34 lifts, which safely take them up to a sea level
of 2,400m. In addition, there is a free shuttle-bus service. In summer the chairlifts Kaiserburgbahn,
Brunnachalmbahn and Nockalmbahn make it easier to reach the marvellous mountains of Bad
Kleinkirchheim.
Numerous shops, romantic hotels, excellent restaurants and picturesque alpine mountain
huts characterize this welcoming place. The infrastructure is completed by banks, doctor's surgeries
and the tourist office. |
