Die Menschheit hat sich in nur 50 Jahren auf 6 Milliarden Exemplare verdoppelt und damit den Planeten schwer belastet. Noch niemals zuvor haben Lebewesen einen derartigen Einfluss auf diese Erde genommen. Das gleicht einem globalen Krebsgeschwür. Eine weitere derartige Entwicklung wird unweigerlich zur Katastrophe führen. Schon jetzt ist der Lebensraum bedrohlich geschädigt und es gibt nicht mehr ausreichend Nahrung, Unterkünfte und Arbeitsplätze für die Menschen. Millionen Tote sind der Preis für den Wohlstand von wenigen. Die Hilfsorganisationen werden zunehmend ohnmächtiger. Wollen wir diese Entwicklung fortsetzen? Bestimmt nicht!
In only 50 years mankind has duplicated to 6 billion and that has strongly burden the planet. Such a life form has never been influence before. It is like a global cancer abscess. A further development in this form leads inevitably in the catastrophe. Already now the living conditions are threatenly damaged and there is not enough food, home and work available for all human beings. Deaths of millions is the price for the prosperity of a few. The help organisations are increasing unconsciously. Will we continue this development? Definitely not!

Am Welternährungsgipfel 1996 in Rom, in Italien, versprachen die führenden Staatsoberhäupter von 186 Ländern die Zahl der hungernden Menschen auf der Welt bis 2015 zu halbieren und den Hunger bis 2025 zu besiegen. Das Ziel scheint schon heute verfehlt. (Kindernothilfe e.V. 2005). At the 1996 World Food Summit in Rome, Italy, leaders from 186 countries pledged to reduce the number of hungry people in the world by half no later than the year 2015 and the hunger should be conquered to 2025. The destination already seems missed today.

/ The Situation of mankind is dramaticIm Jahr 1998 kamen weltweit 50.000 Menschen durch Erdbeben, Überschwemmungen und Wirbelstürmen ums Leben. In China wurden 223 Millionen Menschen obdachlos, in Honduras 180.000 (Pressemeldung, Dezember 1998). In 1998 worldwide 50.000 people die through earthquakes, overflows and tornados. In China 223 million people were unsheltered, in Honduras 180.000.
Das Seebeben im Indischen Ozean im Dezember 2004 forderte über 300.000 Menschenleben. Betroffen waren acht asiaitische Länder im Umkreis von mehreren tausend Kilometern. The seaquake in the Indian ocean in December 2004 required over 300,000 human lives. Eight asiatic countries were affected within a radius of several thousand kilometers.
Der Wirbelsturm Katrina kostete im August 2005 1800 Menschen das Leben und verwüstete die Stadt New Orleans mit 490.000 Einwohnern. The cyclone Katrina cost in August 2005 1800 people the life in and ravaged the city New Orleans with 490,000 inhabitants.
Immer mehr Menschen fallen, durch die Zunahme der Bevölkerungskonzentration in Risikogebieten, Naturkatastrophen zum Opfer (Fischer Weltalmanach 2004). More and more people die through natural catastrophes by the increase in population concentration in risk fields

(Weltwetterorganisation, WMO, Februar 1999). 600 Millionen Stadtbewohner in den Entwicklungsländern haben keine angemessene Unterkunft. 600 million city dwellers in the developing world do not have adequate shelter. Die Zahl der Pkw wird bis 2010 in Europa um 20 Prozent, bis zum Jahr 2030 um 40 Prozent steigen und damit auch die Abgase. The number of cars in Europe will grow till 2010 for 20 percent, in 2030 for 40 percent and so the emissions will go further. (OAMTC, Mai 1999). Jährlich sterben 850.000 Menschen im Autoverkehr. Automobile traffic kills 850,000 people each year. (Worldwatch Institute, Juni 1999).
Der Flugverkehr wird bis 2030 um 80 Prozent zunehmen und damit auch die Belastung der Atmosphäre. The flight traffic will grow till 2030 for 80 percent and so the strain of the atmosphere will go further. (OAMTC, Mai 1999).
Die Schulden der ärmsten Staaten der Erde belaufen sich nach Expertenmeinungen auf 220 bis 230 Milliarden Dollar. The poorest states on Earth have guilts of 220 to 230 billion US dollars. (G7-Konferenz, Juni 1999).
Der Anteil des ärmsten Zehntels der Weltbevölkerung am Welteinkommen ist im Zeitraum von 1988 bis 1993 von 0,88 auf 0,64 Prozent zurückgegangen, der Anteil des reichsten Zehntels der Weltbevölkerung am Welteinkommen ist in der gleichen Zeit von 48 auf 52 Prozent gestiegen.
