Welcome to Reifnitz at the south-shore of Wörther See. Wörther See (altitude 440m) is the biggest lake (16,6 km long and up to 1,6 km wide) in Carinthia (Kärnten) Austrias most southern region (also refered to as the Riviera of Austria). Reifnitz is a modern village with all facilities you need for perfect holidays - public beaches, surf-&sailing school, tennis courts, riding stable, public children playground, waterski school, restaurants, shops, bars and much more...

Our two
houses
- only 350 metres to the lake - are situated in a big garden (2000sqm) with a volleyball pitch, swings, a sandpit, a cosy barbecue site, a big terrace, tabletennis and much space for children to play and for basking in the sun on comfortable deckchairs. Of course there is a parking lot and a shed for your bikes. A supermarket (Billa) is close by. Babysitter service! Pets are very welcome!

Our apartements The "Villa" (left) houses 4 apartements (2 on the ground floor for 4 and 5 persons, and 2 on the first floor for 2 and up to 6 persons) and 4 little attic rooms that can only be rented in combination with one of the apartements. On the ground floor of the main house (right) you can find the lounge with satellite TV and our private rooms. Our luxury apartement for (up to) 6 persons and 2 apartements (for 2 and 3 persons) all with balcony are located on the first, and 2 attic flats (for 4 and 5 persons) with balconies facing south on the second floor. |

equipment All our apartements are equipped with: bed linen, towels, kitchen ware, cutlery, crockery, tablelinen, kitchenette (partly kitchen), refrigerator, thermal coffee pot, electric kettle, electric heating Babycot, -bath and -chair as well as special bed clothes for allergic people on request - of course for free. Motorway A2 till exit: Klagenfurt West - Minimundus direction SLOwenien -Südumfahrung follow the street for 1km turn right ( direction: Maria Wörth, Südufer Wörthersee). Now you are on the Süduferstraße, follow this street. After about 8 km you are in Reifnitz. Take the second turn to the left (sign: Keutschacher See/Pyramidenkogel) after about 200m at your left hand side you will see a Billa-Supermarktet, right behind it begins the Koschatstraße, where we are already awaiting you...
